In the alternative, a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in engineering, engineering management, business administration, or related field and 3 years of experience in business technology analysis. Experience must includebr br 1 1 year of experience conducting statistical analysis and performing data mining utilizing tools such as, excel, SQL, tableau andor related business intelligence tools; andbr 2 1 year of experience developing and driving strategic Initiatives within a crossfunctional environment.br br Section H.14 defines the experience and skills that a qualified candidate must possess to meet the actual minimum requirements for the position.
