continued from Item H.4. to H.4B.br br Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Chemistry, Business Administration, or a related field followed by 3 years of experience working in procurement in the flavor or fragrance industry.br br Prior experience must include any amount of the followingbr br Working in the Food Fragrance industry, FMCG manufacturing, or chemical industry;br Working in an international environment with sales, marketing, global logistics, and supply chain operations;br Constructing and executing multiple complex analyses, including total cost of ownership TCO;br Developing actionable recommendations and implementing supply chain and procurement plans;br Working in system and data management, including with Excel and SAP Procurement modules, predicting and anticipating market trends;br Demonstrated knowledge of ingredients produced ex turpentine market, product chain; and,br Demonstrated knowledge of key fragrance ingredients production processes, markets, and sourcing requirements.br br Knowledge may be demonstrated through education, training, andor experience.br br Telework permitted up to 3 days per week.
