Required programming languages are Python, Golang. Required scripting languages are PowerShell, Azure CLI; 5 yrs diverse automation tools including Terraform, Azure DevOps GitHub to automate CICD pipelines; 5 yrs applying testdriven development deployment by implementing static analysis, writing unit tests with code coverage, automated integration sys testing; 2 yrs using Agile, SAFE LEAN frameworks; 2 yrs providing support svc transition training to infrastructure operations teams, local offshore; 3 yrs managing complete infrastructure solution lifecycle starting from provisioning, security, maintenance, monitoring logging; 5 yrs development of core enterprise infrastructure; 2 yrs applying data privacy practices laws as relevant to IT compliance which includes data protection in rest in transit both.br br Note re H.10B Acceptable alternate or related occupations where exp was gained in designing administering IT platforms may include Technical LeadTechnical Manager, Project Leader or similar. These foreign degrees have been evaluated by a qualified US education evaluation service found to be educationally equivalent to a Bachelors degree and a Masters degree, respectively, in Computer Information Systems from a regionally accredited institution in the US.br br Note re H.12 BUSINESS NECESSITY The offered job has a 12year experience requirement due to the Engineers highlevel responsibilities for the employers Cloud infrastructure, which is a complex system based on the Azure platform supporting the entirety of the companys nationwide data systems. If a candidate did not have one or more of the key experience and skill requirements, it would mean months of lost progress for the company which would cause cascading problems for our infrastructure, as these highlevel skills cannot effectively be learned on the job because of the need for the Engineer to be fully qualified as of day one. As such, the experience requirements bear a reasonable relationship to the job in context of the business and are essential to the performance of this job.
