Bachelors degree plus 1 years of experience or Associate Degree plus 3 years of experience. Experience must be in the job offered or an ITrelated position engaged in implementing, configuring, maintaining, upgrading, troubleshooting, and providing technical support to users of computer systems and applications. Must have experience using tools to administer databases such as Windows configurations, SQL, ODBC and ETL. Must have good oral and written communication skills
