This position requires a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other relevant Engineering degree and 10 years of progressive work experience in quality management within manufacturing industry. Also, must have work experience with 1 Utilizing National Electrical Code NEC for low voltage of switchgear and switchboard; 2 Applying the Electric Utility Service Equipment Requirements Committee EUSERC to assure quality manufacturing; 3 Utilizing UL891 standards and regulations to build switchboards and switchgear; 4 Utilizing American National Standard Institute ANSI standards to build switchboards and switchgear; 5 Utilizing National Electrical Manufacture Association NEMA rules and standards to assure product is in compliance with North America standards; and 6 Utilizing statistical tools including Kaizen, Leansix sigma, DEMAIC implementation, and Integrated Management Systems skills.
