Three 3 years of experience preparing and analyzing historical and projected financial information including income statement, balance sheet and cash flows. Prior experience must include at least three 3 years of experience analyzing financial statements to calculate net working capital and normalize Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization EBITDA; analyzing net debt to assist buying and selling companies; performing due diligence, research, analysis, and documenting live transactions for target companies; coordinating and performing business due diligence and execute merger and acquisition MA transactions; developing recommendations for private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions by preparing financial analysis; analyzing and reviewing materials for clients financing needs including confidential information memoranda, management presentations, and marketing pitches; and creating presentations related to merger and acquisition MA for technology clients to achieve their financial goals.br br ANY SUITABLE COMBINATION OF EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND TRAINING IS ACCEPTABLE
