Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Telecommunications, Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field and 7 years of progressive postbaccalaureate experience in the telecommunications industry. Also, 4 years of experience stated herein to involve Radio Frequency RF design principles and technologies involving cellular wireless technologies, including GSM, UMTS, and LTE, and cellular wireless concepts, including RF Interference and throughput; working with MIMO and carrier aggregation; project management and project implementation, to include leading crossfunctional teams; and creation and delivery of technical presentations to wireless operators. Lastly, 1 year of experience stated herein to involve Wireless spectrum and regulations; and product management methodologies and tools, including business case calculations, product lifecycle management, roadmap, and portfolio strategy planning.
