1 Doctoral degree e.g., PhD in public health or a health field, DrPH or MD with an MPH from an accredited institution with expertise in community health; 2 a strong record of active ongoing communitybased scholarship including sponsored projectsmust show evidence of an emerging highquality research agenda; and 3 at least two years of experience to include teaching andor research with focus on community health developing and strengthening relationships with communitybased organizations for collaborative initiatives, research projects, and student placements.
