Requires a Masters Degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Materials Science Engineering and three 3 years of experience in the job offered or three 3 years of experience using variety of thin film deposition and troubleshooting ALDPVD reactors; performing process parameter relationships and trades and system troubleshooting; wafer handling, die level packagingwire bonding, designing optical setups and working with class 4 lasers; conducting thin film characterization using Ellipsometry, 4point probe and UVVis and other material characterization techniques like XPS, SEM, TEM; utilizing integration flow that involves thin film patterninglaser ablation and selection of different thin film materials as adhesion layers, holeelectron transport layers, bottomtop contact layers and encapsulation layers.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
