The three 3 years of experience required in Section H must be related experience. Experience must include three 3 years of experience, which may be concurrent, with all of the following 1 designing and developing complex technical solutions that encompass multitier web applications; 2 contributing to the ongoing development of strategic information technology plans; 3 documenting system functionality for ongoing support and assisting in the development of enduser documentation; 4 working using Test Driven Development in an Agile environment; and 5 utilizing the following technologies and tools C# .NET, building REST endpoints, Entity Framework, MS SQL. All experience may have been gained concurrently. Experience must have been acquired after completion of the Bachelors Degree program. May telecommute from any location in the U.S.
