Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related plus 3 years of related experience. Will accept Bachelors degree followed by 5 years progressive related experience in lieu of MS3. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable. Requires C programming; Cobol programming; Java programming Database Engineering; Cloud Infrastructure; and Project Management for System, Platform Account Migrations. Local Telecommuting permitted.
