1. A masters degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering from an accredited U.S. university or its foreign equivalent;br 2. Must be a certified Cisco Certified Network Associate CCNA by Cisco Systems;br 3. Must have 2 years of fulltime work experience in installing and configuring network infrastructure devices, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points;br 4. Must be able to monitor network infrastructure with SNMP protocol and tools, including SolarWinds and OP5;br 5. Must be able to configure dynamic routing with OSPF and BGP routing protocols.
