Must have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field, and 5 years of related work experience. Employer will accept an additional 2 years of related work experience in lieu of a Bachelors degree.br br Of the required experience, must have 5 years of experience in each of the followingbr Translating business requirements into functional requirements;br Utilizing advanced reporting toolsfunctions in SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow to build reports;br Utilizing SAP Payroll and SAP HCM;br SAP SuccessFactors system implementation, including designing, testing, data conversion, and addon modules;br Analyzing, triaging, and resolving payroll issues as they relate to data and configuration orginating from the SuccessFactors;br Conducting and coordinating testing for new update patches andor new releases on SuccessFactors; andbr Configuring and implementing ADP eTime modules, including timekeeper, accruals, scheduler, and attendance.br br Travel required up to 20.br br Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
