Must have a Bachelors degree in humancomputer interaction, human factors, information studies, communication, psychology, sociology, computer science or another related field and 5 years of progressive, postbaccalaureate related work experience conducting user experience research and analysis. Alternatively, will accept a Masters degree in humancomputer interaction, human factors, information studies, communication, psychology, sociology, computer science or another related field and 4 years of related work experience conducting user experience research and analysis.br br Must have 4 years of experience in translating business requirements and goals, end user needs, and inputs from crossfunctional teams into UX design solutions.br br Must have 4 years of experience in digital UX strategy and execution, including developing customer personas, journey maps, or roadmaps as part of the future state vision.br br Must have 4 years of experience with usercentered design, research and testing methodologies, usability and accessibility concern, including at least one of the followingbr UX design Wireframes, Information Architecture, Content Management Taxonomy, User Stories, Usabilitybr UX Research Service Design, Journey mapping, Personas, Contextual Interviews Ethnographybr Visual Design competency in Typography and Data Visualizationbr br Must have 4 years of experience in datagathering and analysis techniques across qualitative and quantitative methods including usability testing, heuristic assessments, interviews, comparativecompetitive analysis, observations.br br Must have 3 years of experience translating research findings into design recommendations.br br Must have 3 years of experience in communicating or collaborating with clients, UX and business stakeholders, or developers.br br Must have 3 years of experience serving as research lead on projects with direct client interaction.br br Must have 3 years of experience with managing data, participant recruitment, and designing research studies.br br Must have 3 years of experience providing detailed analysis and executive level summaries.br br Must have 2 years of experience mentoring other researchers to understand their skill sets, strengths, and areas for improvement.br br Require domestic travel up to 20, to serve client needs.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
