Employer requires a Masters degree in Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management, or a closely related field as well as five 5 years of progressively more responsible experience in an occupation involving management experience, including management of teams and projects, in an operations setting. In addition, employer requires the followingbr br 1. Demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement activities utilizing data analytics and root cause analysis tools gained through at least four 4 years of work experience;br 2. Demonstrated ability to manage internal and external relationships to deliver results and influence decisions across the organization and projects gained through three 3 years of work experience; andbr 3.
