Education Requirement This position requires a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Civil or Environmental Engineering.br License Requirement Professional Engineering PE licensure requiredbr Work Experience Requirement 5 years of work experience in the Water and Wastewater Engineering field.br Specific Skills Requirement Additionally, the applicant must have professional experience with 1 Water and wastewater engineering consulting performing studies, design and construction services for municipal clients; 2 Preparation of contract documents, including drawings and specifications, for complex water and wastewater projects; 3 Study and design of water and wastewater conveyance systems including potable water conveyance, wastewater conveyance, pump stations and preparation of hydraulic design calculations; 4 Hydraulic and hydrologic modeling experience; 5 Site design associated with urban utility infrastructure projects; and 6 Coordinating with an interdisciplinary team with other engineers, including structural, geotechnical, electrical, mechanical, instrumentation and control, architecture, etc.
