Position requires completion of a universitylevel course, research project, internship, or thesis or 6 months of experience involving the followingbr br Understanding of semiconductor processing, device physics and ability to correlate product performance and reliability degradation mechanisms to process and device parameters.br Understanding of materials and material properties used in semiconductors making memory products and ability to recommend and facilitate reliability resting for qualification of newbr material.br Understanding of semiconductor devices and reliability, stress induced failure mechanisms;br Understanding of semiconductor data analysis, process variation analysis, Statistic Process Control methodologies, problem solving methodologies and project management.br Understanding of reliability testing ability to correlate reliability data to complex product performance.
