Experience 1 Experience with 5G, LTE LTEA Standards and Specifications to work with vendors to develop latest wireless technology features and guide roadmap for new and existing products.br Experience 2 Experience with wireless system design and implementation to ensure the product and system design is compatible with network requirements and develop documents and processes to provide details of products and features to assist deployment in markets.br Experience 3 Experience with lab and field performance verification tools for Wireless Technologies, using testing and log analysis tools including QXDM, XCAP, XCAL, Wireshark, CMW500, spectrum analyzers to verify newly implemented wireless technologies, product features, system design changes and identify gaps and failures.br Experience 4 Experience troubleshooting failures and performance degradation in network to maintain optimum network performance for best user experience for customers and troubleshoot root cause of network failures.br Experience 5 Experience in product design and implementation for vendors to obtain bug fixes and use knowledge of vendorspecific element management systems to manage various products and configurations.br TMobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID19, unless precluded from doing so by applicable law.
