Bachelors Degree in accounting, finance, business, or a closely related field.br Certified Public Accountant CPA designation or foreign equivalent designation.br 8 years of experience in a Financial Manager, Accounting Manager, or closely related role.br 3 years of experience working in progressive leadership roles within a privately held, familyowned, or familycontrolled company.br 5 years of experience working with ERP systems.br 2 years of experience with international transactions including tax laws for withholding and VAT.br Proficiency working with a PC using Microsoft software.br Contract negotiation experience working with sales and legal staff.br Experience motivating, leading, and growing teams.br br Experience may have been gained concurrently.
