Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Candidate must also have 3 years of related work experience involving each of the followingbr 1. Managing, developing, and maintaining contact with top decision makers at key clients;br 2. Assisting clients in developing standalone cost and synergy models which allow clients to evaluate business outcomes and plan for different scenarios for the MA deal;br 3. Conducting business plan reviews, operational due diligence, resource assessments, and MA implementation planning, using revenue cycle assessments, operational blueprinting methodology, and operational due diligence playbookbr 4. Conducting industry research, market research, client surveys, and project deliverable analysis to evaluate cost and value drivers for cost of goods sold COGS;br 5. Coordinating the project responsibilities of crossfunctional onshore and offshore team members to ensure efficient completion of project tasks; andbr 6. Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing MS Office Suite.br br Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
