Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or as a Software Development Engineer, or a related occupation. Must have one year of experience in the following skills Experience providing technical customer support; troubleshooting and identifying root cause of issues, driving improvements, and implementing preventive measures; working relational database management systems.
