Experience required with the following 1 experience with CAD systems UGNX and Catia V5, with experience working with multiple file formats; 2 experience completing forming simulation reports from AutoForm andor LSDyna; 3 experience working with die shops and providing data to aid in the construction of the die, and troubleshoot issues including edge cracking, thinning, and splitting; 4 experience complete tooling reports for OEMs and providing modeling concepts that correlate with actual die construction; 5 experience leading design reviews and making recommendations and providing leadership to the team; 6 experience with the application of sheet metal forming principles, and with the recommendation of material alternatives based on application and product geometry; 7 experience with modeling techniques for materials, sheet metal forming, die process, and die design; and 8 experience analyzing automotive structures using Advanced High Strength Steels AHSS, and running AutoForm for part draw simulation and full cycleprocess simulations.br br Note Because there is no primary experience requirement in the job offered, the Kellogg language is not required.
