Masters degree or foreign academic equivalent in Biology, Bioengineering, Chemistry or a closely related scientific field of study with at least 1 year of experience in i employing techniques including intradermal and subcutaneous injection in small animals and3D imaging, utilizing proficiency in in vivo animal handlingcare and performing postmortem tissue dissection; ii using various histology techniques to examine celltissue response such as immunochemistry, confocal and fluorescence microscopy; iii executing in vitro studies as well as common practices in cell and molecular biology, such as cell culture, PCR, and ELISA; and iv applying working knowledge of common laboratory techniques such as reagentmedia preparation, autoclave and sterile procedures, data collection in a BSL 2 environment.
