One year experience as Nutritional Labeling Specialist, Mgr, Patient Service or any other occupation in which the individual gained experience providing nutritional services experience, including ensuring compliance with all federal, state and local regulations, performing quality assurance activities and implementing quality improvements and overseeing equipment, inventory and resources to ensure nutritional goals are met.
