Must possess the following at least 5 years of experience as a backup and storage engineer on platforms from vendors including NetApp, DellEMC, Pure, DDN, and Multicloud objectfile; at least 5 years of experience working with block, unified file, object storage protocols and protocol principles; at least 3 years of experience recommending information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating user requirements and needs; at least 3 years of experience serving as an escalation resource, providing guidance and solutions to support personnel; and demonstrable experience crosstraining Engineering and Support personnel.
