Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, or a related field and one 1 year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, or a related field and five 5 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the masters degree and one 1 year of experience. Must have one 1 year of experience in the following skills 1 Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables, dynamic dashboards, array functions, Power Pivots, and VBA; 2 Ability to use data to develop insights, recommendations, and business cases; 3 Experience with requirements gathering, creating, and deploying solutions to end users, writing user acceptance test scripts, and facilitating UAT sessions; and 4 Applying data analysis and visualization techniques using QuickSight, Domo, PowerBI, or Tableau .
