4 years of experience performing contract management, negotiation and drafting, and other related legal support functions.br br Bachelors Degree in Legal Studies or a comparable degree in a closely related field.br br Experience supporting an inhouse legal department.br Experience negotiating and drafting contract or agreement terms.br Experience advising multiple departments on legal matters related to risk management and asset recovery.br Experience conducting due diligence on prospective contracts.br Basic knowledge of contract law, types of contracts, terms and conditions, legal requirements, and the negotiation process.br Experience managing contracts and ensuring compliance with regulatory procedures.br Experience conducting legal research and drafting legal documents.br Experience with corporate filings and obtaining business licenses.br Demonstrated experience maintaining confidentiality with respect to agreement contents and other highly sensitive business matters and projects.br Proficiency in utilizing Salesforce to track legal requests.
