Employer requires candidate to have at least a Bachelors degree in a scientific field.br br Candidate must also have the followingbr br Demonstrated ability leading teams and managing and scaling operations with an organization in the US healthcare system gained through at least two 2 years of work experience;br br Demonstrated verbal and written communication ability within healthcare management gained through at least two 2 years of work experience;br br Demonstrated familiarity with at least one nonUS healthcare system, including at least Canada, the United Kingdom, or Japan, gained through at least two 2 years of work experience;br br Demonstrated proficiency in leading and managing complex projects of international scope requiring crossfunctional input gained through at least two 2 years of work experience; andbr br Demonstrated understanding of fertility benefits administration gained through at least two 2 years of work experience.br br All years of experience may be gained concurrently.br br Telecommuting is available.br br Travel Requirement Travel up to 4 times per year for domestic team offsite meetings.br br Please note that the Beneficiary is willing to meet the travel requirement.
