The position requires the following skills Housing and economic research techniques including Econometrics, Duration and Convexity Analysis, Gap Analysis, and Asset Liability Management; Database and spreadsheet management including Excel Visual Basic for Applications and Tableau; Utilizing financial data analysis tools such as Bloomberg; Utilizing one or more statistical software systems such as MATLAB; Statistics and advanced mathematics including OLS Regression, Time Series, Maximum Likelihood Estimation, Mathematical Optimization, and Monte Carlo Simulation Method. Required skills can be gained through work experience, graduatelevel coursework, or internships.
