A Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Business AdministrationManagement, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline and 2 year of experience in business analysis,br financial analysis, or accounting. In the alternative, a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Business AdministrationManagement, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or relatedbr discipline followed by 5 progressively responsible years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, or accounting.br br Experience must includebr br 1.2 year of experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.br 2.2 year of experience delivering cross functional projects with tech or nontech teams.br 3.2 year of experience with banking industry, credit card industry, compliance risk, payment channels and terms, payments services, and the financial regulatory landscape.br 4.2 year of experience financial and business forecasting and analysis using statistical, data mining andor business intelligence tools equivalent to SAS, Oracle SQL, IBM Cognos BI, Essbase, Tableau, or Snowflake.br 5.2 year of experience in analyzing business problems and developing strategies for managing products or markets and devise and manage business development strategies.br br Section H.14 defines the experience and skills that a qualified candidate must possess to meet the actual minimum requirements for the position.
