Masters degree in Data Analytics, International and Development Economics, Economics, Energy Strategy or related quantitative field, or foreign equivalent, plus two 2 years of experience in data analytics or energy systems. Alternatively, Bachelors degree in Data Analytics, International and Development Economics, Economics, Energy Strategy or related quantitative field, or foreign equivalent, plus five 5 years of progressive experience in data analytics or energy systems. Experience must include crafting and delivering quantitative arguments to inform strategic decisions; evaluating technical and economic characteristics of power systems and components; identifying key assumptions and data that underpin technological innovation and associated business models; evaluating risk and opportunities; leveraging functional and substantive expertise organizationally; organizing multiple ideas into a coherent plan and presenting ideas to a range of stakeholders in a clear and compelling way. Experience must include working with the following tools and technologies Microsoft product suite, Tableau, Stata, R. Telecommuting permitted 23 days a week within commuting distance of the worksite.
