Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and 5 years of progressive, postbaccalaureate experience in business development, sales, or marketing in industrial automation.br br Must have 5 years of experience in each of the followingbr Collaborating with marketing stakeholders to identify and prioritize market segments and growth opportunities;br Researching customer needs, market trends, channel partner characteristics, codes certification requirements and external environmental trends;br Defining the overall marketing approach for products or segment specific initiatives;br Ensuring alignment between diverse and occasionally competing leadership objectives;br Analyzing program and product sales results;br Driving priceprofitability results towards regional goals;br Monitoring market trends to identify growth opportunities; andbr Proposing program revisions to continually improve results.br br Must possess a TV Rheinland Functional Safety Engineer certificate.br 30 domestic and international travel required. Must have demonstrated oral and written fluency in Spanish and Portuguese.
