Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or related field and 4 years of experience in product engineering of integrated circuits. Must have experience in Bringing new products from definition to production release including characterization and reliability testing; Failure analysis techniques OBIRCH, Lockin thermography, photoemission spectroscopy to diagnose and improve analogmixedsignal ICs; IC manufacturing processes including wafer fab at process nodes including 28 nm, assembly and test wafer sort and final test; ATE platforms including Nextest and Ultraflex, and running, collecting data and debugging test programs on these platforms; Statistical analysis; Statistical outlier analysis; Outlier rejections techniques using Optimal software tool; Bench evaluation including radio and SoC devices; Python or similar programming languages; Reliability testing and SoC qualification methods; and Qualifying SoC andor RF devices.br br Infineon requires all new U.S. employees contractors to be fully vaccinated against COVID19.
