Experience must include 4 years of 1. leading project teams in sustainable design; 2. project experience with LEED design; 3. energy modeling and analysis; and 4. Passive House design. Travel occasional travel to job sites or client meetings is anticipated to be twice per month within 5 boroughs NYC. Avge travel distance of 60 miles to and fro is anticipated per month. Distance of job sitesclient meetings ranges from 530 miles from office location. All anticipated travel is expected to occur during daytime only; no overnight travel will be required.
