Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field willing to accept foreign education equivalent plus eighteen months of experience executing computer forensics tasks, including conducting investigations on forensically collected data using Encase and generating reports based on findings. Experience must include eighteen months of developing software applications and electronic discovery tools to automate data processing and perform quality control using Microsoft C# .Net and VB.Net, Regular Expressions, DOS batch file scripting, LINQ, XML, and Windows PowerShell scripting, and incorporating parallel processing architecture to optimize use of available resources; performing complex data mining, analysis and reporting for clients by developing complex queries and stored procedures to extract and manipulate data populations using Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Server Integration Services, and MS Access; developing client reports using Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio; analyzing and processing audit files to produce documents to the Securities and Exchange Commission quot;SECquot; and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board quot;PCAOBquot;; executing local and global forensic acquisitions and analysis of various electronic media types in connection with financial investigations in the private and public sectors; performing data analysis and document recovery on materials related to copyright infringement, patent dispute, fraud, bankruptcy matters, and HR related matters; executing eDiscovery data culling using forensic applications while using best practices for maintaining traceability and metadata retention; working with Digital Forensic and eDiscovery Enterprise tools including EnCase Enterprise, Cellebrite and Access Data Enterprise; and assessing enterprise level security by virtue of web application security, internal and external penetration testing, vulnerability testing, and firewall analysis.
