Requires a Masters degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field and 2 years of experience with each of the following Subject matter expertise in telecommunications networks; Subject matter expertise with Wireless Network Architecture RFRANCore for VoLTE, 5G; 3GPP protocol standards for Voice, NextGen 911 and Data Operations; E2E call flows and test suites for key service flows based on NextGen network architecture and IETF standards; lab tests to provide Wireshark data analysis and prove viability of proposed engineering solutions; Subject matter expertise with validating Root Cause Analysis using AIML frameworks and formulating remediation; and environment staging to reproduce and reduce critical customer impacting issues and improve overall performance of network. Travel is required for customer presentations in New Jersey, Washington, and other customer sites. Travel will be based on opportunity and customer needs. Travel will be for the purposes of facetoface discussions, workshops, presentations, and demos directly to clients.
