Of the 7 years of required experience, 7 years must include experience working with PeopleSoft HCM 9.x. Of the 7 years of required experience, 2 years must include working on HRpayroll system implementation projects with more than 200,000 users across at least 10 locations.br br The following experience and skill requirements do not require a set period of time as evidence of proficiency. Experience managing and leading IT projects. Experience working in an IT team project environment. Experience designing and developing solutions for PeopleSoft HCM applications, including HRpayroll, general ledger and associated HR and payroll selfservice applications for end users to access their personal and payroll related information. Demonstrated experience working with PeopleSoft HCM data model. Experience analyzing functional business process and procedures and determining system solutions to support deficiencies. Demonstrated experience developing conversion and system implementation plans. Experience with configuration strategy preparation, object migration with STAT, procedures and practices, and determining automated and manual methods. Experience configuring PeopleSoft modules. Experience configuring HRpayroll and general ledger PeopleSoft modules. Demonstrated experience authoring technical design specifications and test plans. Experience with PeopleSoft development tools, languages, and integration technologies including BI Publisher Oracle databases, SQL, and PLSQL. Demonstrated knowledge of HR and payroll policies, procedures and systems including federal and state law, FLSA, and W2. Experience in government or higher education PeopleSoft implementation. Demonstrated ability to communicate by written and oral communication in English. Demonstrated experience communicating technical information to technical and nontechnical personnel at various levels in the organization.br br The headquarters for the University of California, Office of the President UCOP is located in Oakland, California.
