Position requires a Master of Science or foreign degree equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field, plus five 5 years of experience in the job offered, as an Automotive Engineer, or in a related occupation.br br Education or experience must includebr br 1. Knowledge of US OBD2 regulations CARB 1968.2;br 2. Experience in OBD Calibration or Certification;br 3. Experience interacting with CARB on OBD issues;br 4. Knowledge of Powertrain systems, including emissions control system functions;br 5. Experience with chassis dyno and onroad emissions and fuel consumption testing;br 6. Knowledge of vehicle energy management systems including hybrid powertrains; andbr 7. Experience with simulation andor test data analysis tools.
