The position requires a Bachelors degree in Computer science, information systems, electronic engineering, or related field plus 60 months experience in the job offered or a related occupation in the financial industry with data science, data mapping, integration, database design and analytical reporting. Also requires strong analytical capability, demonstrated knowledge of statistical software, excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, proven ability to work and communicate effectively on crossfunctional, internal and external teams, strong business collaboration skills, responsiveness to service needs and operational demands, solid project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a highpaced and dynamic environment, strong problem solving skills and attention to detail, proven mastery and continuous learning of data and analytical software, ability to comprehend and improve company databases, data processes, and user access applications, and to serve as a primary expert within the company, high level of quantitative and research skills, and proven data interpretation capabilities with a passion for empirical research and answering difficult business questions with data, and ability to identify and learn applicable new tools and techniques.
