Minimum Requirements Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.br br Special Requirementsbr Position requires at least 1 academic semester of graduatelevel coursework in each of the following skillsbr br 1 Utilize knowledge of Linux, Windows and MAC operating systems including system administration and command line interface to troubleshoot customer issues;br 2 Utilize knowledge of routing protocols, VPN technologies and IPSecGRE tunnels to implement and troubleshoot connectivity issues for customers;br 3 Utilize knowledge of Network Security Protocols and UTM features such as IPS, Web Filtering and Data Loss Prevention DLP rules to tailor cloud security solutions to fit security needs and increase awareness of security loopholes within infrastructure;br 4 Utilize knowledge of OSI Model and tools such as Wireshark, traceroute, MTR, tcpdump, and telnet to capture, analyze and debug the endtoend flow of various network topologies to troubleshoot customer issues;br 5 Utilize knowledge of cloud computing concepts and services such as AWSGCPAzure to set up, operate and scale datacenters in the cloud;br 6 Utilize knowledge of Version Control systems such as Git and Bitbucket to understand the industry standard escalation process and DevOPS pipeline to merge and pull requests when a certain bug is reported, identified and resolved in a future release;br 7 Utilize knowledge of common networking attacksthreats to simulate attacksthreats in a controlled lab environment to countermitigate from a defenders point of view;br 8 Utilize knowledge of setting up and configuring rulespolicies on a firewall in Linux instances that were deployed using hypervisors such as VirtualBox and VMWare.
