Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field of study and ten 10 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation coordinating configuration changes including adding, updating, or deleting functionality; identifying issues by troubleshooting using FIS tools including Data Navigator, Fraud Navigator, Self Service Gateway, CED, AUDTSCAN, STATMON Statistics Monitor and Net history ; working on IBM Mainframe and MS Project; performing analysis of currency conversion and transaction reconciliation processes via settlement systems; utilizing tools to read online messages to validate transaction activity and troubleshoot issues; performing validation of online transaction code changes and settlement code changes; working with MasterCard and Visa on chip card acquiring and issuing certification; and performing yearly coordination of processor key changes and switch level master file key change.
