Bachelors degree in Finance or closely related field, plus 2 years of experience in the position offered or as a Finance Analyst in the lending sector.br br All required experience must have included analysis of lending within corporate finance and middle market leveraged finance, especially leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, refinancing and other transactions, including junior and senior secured and unsecured credit facilities, assetbased facilities, Mergers and Acquisitions; application of accounting rules US GAAP and IFRS; MS Office Suite Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; application of market data Bloomberg Terminal, CapitalIQ, and Clients Dataroom; credit analysis; drafting, negotiating and reviewing credit agreements and other debt facility documentation; data analysis experience; experience with spreadsheets, databases, and financial software applications; financial forecasting and diagnosis; understanding of financial systems and institutions; and client management skills.
