A Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems or a related field and 1 year of experience in people management and operations leadership experience. Employer will accept a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems or related field followed by 5 progressively responsible years of people management and operations leadership experience.
