Requires a bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science or a related field and 5 years of experience in the position offered or 5 years of experience working with distributed, offshore teams. Also requires 5 years of experience mentoring team members; and performing analysis, creating documentation, and using presentation tools. In lieu of a bachelors degree in the aforementioned fields and 5 years of experience as stated, employer will accept 7 years of experience as stated. Requires 4 years of experience writing requirements and authoring stories. Requires 3 years of experience performing systems modeling, designing user interfaces, and prototyping, creating decision trees, and analyzing data flow; and performing Scrum Agile or Scaled Agile Framework development. Employee reports to Blue Bell, PA office, but may telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
