Requires a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field and 5 years of experience in a product support, development or troubleshooting capacity with a leading technology company. Experience specified must include 5 years of experience with operating Systems LinuxUnix, or Windows; 3 years programming with Java or Python; 2 years communication protocols and technologies, including REST; 1 year with database administration and troubleshooting PostgreSQL, Oracle, MSSQL, or DB2; at least one J2EE Application Server Tomcat, WebSphere, WebLogic or JBOSS; and DNS, TCPIP, and other networking concepts. May live anywhere in the US. Telecommuting permitted. Must work West Coast business hours.
