Position requires Bachelors degree or foreign education equivalent in Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology plus ten10 years of experience in the design, development and modification of software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models.br br Specific skillsother requirements Must also possess experience in the following quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section Analyzing user needs and requirements to create design; collaborating with analysts, engineers or software developers to select appropriate design solutions or ensure the compatibility of system components;br developing and documenting software system design, programming and validation procedures; and, coordinating software system installation and monitoring system functions to ensure proper functioning as per specifications
