Requires a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Operations Management, Managerial Economics, or related field and 5 years of progressive, postbaccalaureate experience as a Financial Analyst, Business Analyst, Capacity Plan Analyst, or related position in the financial services industry. Alternatively, employer will accept a Masters degree in the stated fields and 2 years of the specified experience. Full term of required experience must include Establishing statistical correlations between historical data patterns and anticipated patterns; Regression analysis to develop capacity models; Cost forecasting to determine impact to the business, including reduction in service performance; Providing business recommendations based on forecasting models; Business analysis using financial statements, probability and mathematical statistics; Financial acumen; and Project Management. Proof of full vaccination against COVID19 required prior to commencing employment.
