Minimum Requirements PhD or foreign equivalent in Cognitive Science, Educational Psychology, Educational Data Mining or related field of study and 5 years 60 months of verifiable experience involving examining human learning in digital environments. Must have 3 years 36 months of verifiable experience involving each of the following Building learning analytics dashboards; R or Python; and Rmarkdown. Must have 1 year 12 months part time or fulltime verifiable experience involving knowledge graphs construction research, applying item response theory models, and natural language processing NLP techniques to examine textbased data sets. Must have 1 year 12 months of verifiable experience involving Project Management.br br Special Requirements Telecommuting permissible within the Greater Houston MSA.
