Bachelors degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or closely related field 5 years of experience working for a CPG company. Prior experience must also includebr developing clear strategies and research programs to address complex, futurefocused technical areas focusing on food materials; leveraging food microstructure expertise to resolvebr technical issues on food projects; working with suppliers or universities on technical projects related to food; documenting and communicating technical information to various audiences including leadership; and generating labscale scientific learnings that can be translated and scaled to impact factoryscale production environments.br Telework permitted up to 3 days per week.
