Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Systems, Business Administration or a related field and two 2 years of experience involving the following Methodologies such as Lean, Agile, and scaled Agile; DevOps; Rally; Program Management; and Healthcare experience.br br Section H.14 defines the experience and skills that a qualified candidate must possess to meet the actual minimum requirements for the position.
